Projects Assistant

Showplace is looking to recruit a projects assistant as the business continues to grow.

听

Projects Assistant (immediate start)

This is a new role within听91亚色传媒听to support our project managers and operational team with the intention for the successful candidate to be managing their own projects within six months.

听

Tasks include but are not limited to:

鈥oordinate with, and extract job information from, the sales team

鈥lace orders and liaise with suppliers

鈥repare job information packs for ops teams

鈥repare site plans and load lost information

鈥nswer the telephone

鈥iaise with clients and undertake customer service calls

听

The role will require work on a variety of different projects, from exhibition trailer roadshow programmes to indoor and outdoor exhibition stand builds, whilst embracing our company values, which are at the heart of all we do.听听
