Forget Super Saturday…it’s Super September!

September has been busy, and we couldn’t be happier!

With indoor stands, trailers and exhibition structures to deliver and install for ten clients in the space of a week, and across four different venues, it was certainly a case of all hands to the deck. It was also a fantastic feeling to be back doing what we do best – events!

Southampton Boat Show was on our operations team’s agenda as they delivered a fully branded event trailer for Cobra Ribs, an independent family owned company, which sells quality British-made boats.

Our next stop was Peterborough and the East of England Arena and Events Centre for No Dig Live 2021. Running from 14-16 September, the show focused on trenchless technology and attracted companies and delegates from the UK and overseas.

We were excited to design and build this striking branded structure for Steve Vick International, a family run business celebrating 40 successful years working in, and supporting, the UK gas industry. Winners of the ‘2015 Company of the Year’ award at The Gas Industry Awards, Steve Vick International is at the heart of innovative engineering for trenchless renovation and decommissioning of pipes worldwide.

Also exhibiting at No Dig Live 2021, was S1E Limited, a specialist supplier of trenchless technologies to the drainage repair industry. Opting to exhibit using our event structures, their branding really stood out from the crowd!

It was then back up to the Midlands and a venue much closer to home for us – the NAEC at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire for Let’s Recycle Live 2021, the UK’s leading live show for the waste, recycling and sustainability industry. Providing both indoor and outdoor event space, the show featured six sector specific zones, more than 100 speakers across four conference theatres, live material processing, live vehicle demonstrations, live fire suppression tests, as well as in excess of 250 exhibitors and a range of ‘free to attend’ networking events. With five clients at Let’s Recycle Live, requiring event trailers, outdoor structures and indoor exhibition stands between them, it really felt like we were returning to normality at long last.

Meanwhile, in the NAEC’s exhibition hall, we built one of our stunning indoor stand display systems for McDonald International, using tension fabric graphics to really promote their brand to potential customers.

As several of our clients were busy at Let’s Recycle Live, another of our customers, Kinshofer (UK) Ltd, was also exhibiting at the NAEC as part of the Demolition Expo. Co-located with Let’s Recycle Live, the Demo Expo is a biennial event, which showcases suppliers and businesses within the demolition industry.

Our final destination of the week was Down-Ampney in Gloucestershire, for Tillage Live! Taking place on 16 September, the sun shone as we set up one of our exhibition trailers for Vaderstad farm machinery. We love the vibrant images and how effective they are on our tension fabric graphics!

It’s certainly been a busy period for us, but that’s how we like it. After the past 18 months, with exhibition venues and showgrounds now reopening across the UK, we are really glad to be back!
